Cancelling an Appointment

Reserved appointment time in any medical office is limited and valuable. Failure to honor the reserved appointment deprives our other patients from receiving needed care in a timely fashion.

Our office policy requires at least 24 hours notice of cancellation of a booked appointment. If you will not be able to come to the appointment for unexpected situation, please call us to cancel it as soon as possible, so that other patients can be scheduled. If you don't show up at your appointment without proper notice, you will be charged a no-show fee.

Patients who arrive late to their scheduled appointments may not be seen and may be asked to reschedule their appointment on a different day. The no-show fees will still apply.
